Welcome to P A M
Project Alive Millbury

Millbury High School is partnering with

CareOne, a premier, family-owned health care company (PRNewsFoto/CareOne)
Goal: By the end of the 2016-2017 school year, all residents at CareOne at Millbury with a diagnosis of Alzheimer’s or Dementia will have the opportunity to participate in this program if they wish.

Mission: Bring personalized music listening devices to residents. Research shows how patients can benefit from music.

Students from MHS will be going into the CareOne at Millbury with students, working with the patients to determine a customized play list of songs for each individual patient.

Do you have a new or gently used iPod Shuffle which works that  you would be willing to donate to our project? We are in search for 60 devices to make this project happen. Charging cable is a plus!

Thank you to the Millbury Music Parents and Christopher’s Ice Cream for their help with this project. Because of them, 1 free small ice cream voucher will be given for each iPod turned in.

Please email Dan at dferreira@millburyschools.org if you have any questions or comments.

iPods will be accepted at the Millbury High School Office and the CareOne Millbury Front Desk. You can also help by donating iTunes Gift Cards in any amount towards our cause.
